Orlando Florida
Orlando is in central Florida and is known as “The City Beautiful” and “The Theme Park Capital of the World”. Neither is wrong. The city is lovely to behold and even if you don’t venture out to Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando Resort, there is a lot to enjoy during your time here.
Orlando has been a leisure and resort city for most of its history and while it has a strong economic backbone, it is tourism that is what the city is mainly known for. There is more to it of course, but if you ask anyone what they know about Orlando, chances are it will be something to do with theme parks or the climate.
