Goodyear Arizona

Goodyear is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona located a few miles west of Phoenix. It’s a small city, home to just 80,000 people and treated as a suburb of Phoenix. Named after the Goodyear tire company, the city was settled to grow cotton for the company’s products. It has grown into a self-sustaining city since then and is a relaxed place to live and work.

The city’s main claim to fame is being the home of the Goodyear Ballpark where the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds practice out of season.

Despite its modest beginnings, there are big plans for Goodyear. A planned residential expansion program could see the population rise from its current level of 80,000 to as high as 350,000. The city and local developers are planning a huge expansion plan to build new neighborhoods around the city to boost growth.

Corporate housing in Goodyear is made up of furnished apartments in purpose-built developments. Each will be fully furnished and equipped and include all utilities.
