What is Business Accommodation?

Corporate housing is an umbrella term for fully furnished accommodation. As it’s most often used by companies to house staff, it gained the name corporate housing.

It is also known as furnished housing, executive housing, short-term housing, serviced apartments, serviced rentals and temporary housing. It’s all the same thing.

How much does corporate Lodging cost?

How much corporate housing costs depends on the size of the property and where it’s located. Just like apartments or hotels, some areas cost more than others.

What we can say is that all rents include everything, including bills and will cost around half of a comparable hotel room for periods of 30 days or more.

What’s included with your corporate Apartment?

Everything is included with your corporate housing. One of the great things about furnished rentals is that they include everything you need, including bills, internet, cable or satellite and all utilities.

All you need to do is tell us what you want, where you want it and when you want it and we’ll handle the rest. Everything will be covered by a single monthly payment.

Who pays for my corporate housing?

Who pays for your corporate housing depends on the circumstances. If you’re traveling for work, your employer will pay. If you’re on secondment or training, moving duty station or something else, your employer will pay. If you’re an insurance company customer that needs temporary accommodation, your insurer should pay.

If you’re an individual or family moving to a new city or are arranging your own accommodation, you’ll need to pay.

How long can I stay in corporate housing for?

You can stay in corporate housing for as long as you like, with a minimum stay of 2days. If you need longer term accommodation, let us know when you book and we’ll select those properties that can accommodate longer term rentals. Most properties are flexible as long as you book, so there are no limits really.
